Return policy

We have a 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at byavw.2020@gmail.com for instructions on how to process the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Sale items may not be returned.
